Deciding which service is right for you

Each plan includes real-time 24/7 access to your accounting information through QuickBooks Online, and secure electronic access to client records through the firm’s client portal.
Business tax return preparation is included in every plan.
Individual tax return preparation for business owners can be added to any Outsourced Accounting plan.
Payroll processing, including direct deposit, employee online access to paystubs and W-2’s, and filing of all payroll tax returns is available with any Outsourced Accounting plan.
The Standard plan includes basic financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows) provided quarterly.
The Complete plan includes basic financial statements, as well as more detailed reports (like accounts receivable aging, income trends over time, etc.), provided monthly.
On a quarterly or monthly basis, we’ll meet to review and discuss key performance measures, recent financial performance, tax issues, and general business matters.
Of course, you don’t need to wait until a scheduled meeting when something important comes up. You can always call or email with reasonable one-off questions.
Classifying transactions and reconciliing accounts is usually the most time-consuming part of the bookkeeping process.
With the Basic plan, you handle these day-to-day responsibilities. The firm will check in quarterly to see how it’s going.
With the Standard and Complete plans, the firm handles these tedious tasks for you.
Notice Protection offers you peace of mind in the event you receive a notice from the IRS or state tax authority, or experience an identity theft. If either happens, the firm will take care of responding to the notice and filing paperwork with the taxing authority to resolve the issue up to but not including the appeal process.
Notice Protection is included in the Standard and Complete plans.
Preparation of Forms 1099-NEC for your contractors is included in the Standard and Complete plans, and is available as an add-on to the Basic plan.
